Refunds

Eligibility for Refund

• Refunds will be issued for successfully canceled orders.
• Refunds are also processed for returned products after proper verification of the returned item.

Refund Timeline

• Refund will be credited to the original payment method with in 2-3 business days
• Return request has to be raised within 24 hours of order delivery
• For returned items: Refunds are credited within 2–3 business days to the original payment account after we receive and verify the returned item(s).
• The amount will be refunded to the original payment method. It may take an additional 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the bank or payment gateway.

Special Cases

• For online prepaid orders, a full refund will be provided (excluding delivery charges if applicable).

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders will be delivered within 1-4 business days
• We operate 7 days a week (Sunday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

International Shipping

• International orders are accepted.
• For international orders, the order will be delivered within 7-10 business days
• Shipping charges and applicable VAT are communicated by our Customer Support team before dispatch.

Non-Refundable Items

All products sold on our website are generally non-refundable unless:

• The item was canceled before shipping,
• The item was returned due to damage (within the specified timeframe),
• Or in rare cases, a refund is approved at the sole discretion of Ayodhya Prasadam.
